Xenical: Orlistat or xenixal is a lipoprotein lipase inhibitor - basically it inhibits some of your gastric enzymes from digesting fat. The undigested fast is then excreted instead of absorbed which is also why xenical commonly produces diarrhea.

Inhibits absorption: Xenical, also known as Orlistat, makes your stomach and pancreas unable to absorb dietary fat. It can cause kidney stones, gallstones, and in some cases, liver failure requiring liver transplantation.
