Got a sharp pain behind knee cap and is getting worse everyday could it be fluid if so is there anyway of helping it without going to the doctor?

Let me try to help: To have fluids in the knee to point you could notice it is normal, many reasons could be the source of this fluid, I would advice (If you get to the Doctor) to rest the knee and use anti-inflammatory medication's (Motrin) and see how it go. Good Luck

You can try: oral anti inflammatory meds such as aleve (naproxen) or motrin (naprosyn or ibuprofen), rest, and alternating ice and heat. If that does not help, you need to see a doctor. Don't let it go until damage becomes irreversible.
