Let me try to help: To have fluids in the knee to point you could notice it is normal, many reasons could be the source of this fluid, I would advice (If you get to the Doctor) to rest the knee and use anti-inflammatory medication's (Motrin) and see how it go. Good Luck

You can try: oral anti inflammatory meds such as aleve (naproxen) or motrin (naprosyn or ibuprofen), rest, and alternating ice and heat. If that does not help, you need to see a doctor. Don't let it go until damage becomes irreversible.
