Arm Pain: If you hit it hard yesterday you should get an x-ray to make sure you don't have a fracture, especially if you are having pain going up your are. You also want to make sure you didn't break the skin and are starting to get an abscess forming. Apply ice and get to the Dr ASAP to get it looked at. Feel better soon
