It depends on Diagno: We are still quite limited in detecting microscopic presence of Cancer cells except in some of the blood cancers. In solid tumors we still rely on CT scan or PET/CT scans as the best tests, which can only reveal tumors that are over a few milimmeters(1 cm or above, typically can be detected)
