Here are some ...: If your Q is referred to the finding of imaging study of urinary tract such as CT.IVP, cystogram long, I would consider the possibility of inflamed swelling by the presence of stone stuck there beside ureterocele - much more commonly seen in children; occasionally, tumor can cause such look but more in the elderly. The degree of stone-related inflammation & swelling may widely vary among people.
