Ovarian cyst: Certainly it is possible to have a ruptured cyst, in fact they can be common and most often will simply resolve on their own. The main symptom is often pain in the associated groin. If the pain is severe or worsens, be sure to call your Dr. and get an evaluation. Best wishes.
