Certainly possible: However, some report increases. Sex drive changes of both sorts are frequently reported. Side effects of all sorts are common w/ all of the psychoactive medications and each patient may be different. Discuss this issue w/ your prescribing Dr and consider alternatives together.

Nortriptyline: There is certainly evidence to suggest that this medication will decrease sex drive (actually quite common). Having said that, if you are being treated for depression and feeling much better, your sex drive might improve!
