Stomach feels empty,i was constipated,now the boating went down from causes of stress,some sharp pains randomly in stomach?

See a physician: 16 yo woman with constipation, bloating, sharp abdominal pains, and stomach feeling empty. Patient did not state whether her constipation was relieved, this is a one time or recurring problem; any other ongoing medical problems or any medications.
