What are the tests for obesity?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Weight & Height: Weight & height are used to determine bmi (body mass index). There are publised bmi values for age and gender that tell you if your weight is too low for your height, just right, high (that's obestiy) or dangerously high (that's morbid obesity). Tests like blood suger, thyroid function & lipid levels help assess the risks associated with obesity.
