Nothing: This can definitely be a normal variation. The stool can become mucousy from the baby swallowing some nasal discharge and color in baby stool is variable. I always say if it is not red (blood) black (old blood from top of intestines) or white (without color), they are fine. Dont panic and enjoy you baby! :)
