Myocarditis: You don't indicate why you feel you have myocarditis or anything else about yourself except anxiety. If this is a chronic condition you can look into cognitive behavioral therapy and there are also anxiolytic medications available. You may want to chat with a clinical psychologist or psychiatrist. If you actually have cardiac symptoms see a cardiologist.

Myocarditis: Myocarditis is rare and the only way to be sure is to see a doc and be checked out. Most people with myocarditis are significantly symptomatic and if what you feel is mostly anxious that makes anxiety disorder more likely than myocardial disease.
