Vasculitis: Sounds like Raynauds where the fingers and toes get blue in the cold/ under stress. There is constriction of blood vessels/low flow.Causes: underlying autoimmune disease/ environmental factors- vibration equipment ,smoking. low magnesium or drugs. . More common in females treat with calcium channel blockers,ACE inhibior. Losartan, Sidenafil, iloprost/bosentan. Discuss with rheumatologist.
