Sadness: grief, number of losses, friends, moving away, changes, too much sleep, too little sleep, deaths in close relationships, guilt, suicidal thoughts, suicidal plan, eating too much/too little, loss of interest in others/environment, things you usually enjoy. Crying for no reason. Go talk to a therapist/psychologist and see a psychiatrist. They can do a thorough exam-dont wait.
