Flu shot Pregnancy: A flu shot is HIGHLY recommended during pregnancy. Please take a look at this fact sheet from the CDC: http://www.cdc.gov/flu/pdf/freeresources/pregnant/flushot_pregnant_factsheet.pdf Also, cetirizine should be safe during pregnancy.
