Liver function: if you have a compromised liver function, avoid Tylenol (acetaminophen).

Totally Depends.: Homework: go to Medscape drug interaction checker (you may need to create an account). Plug in all of your meds, and then both Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen. That will give you your answer. Your liver may take a hit from acetaminophen while your kidneys & heart can take a hit from NSAIDS/COX inhibitor. In my experience, Both are useful for fever reduction, but NSAIDS are effective for pain.

Neither, Not simple:: Tylenol=acetaminophen ↑ed mg & usage ↑es frequency of liver cell damage, i.e. ↑ed proteins leaking out of liver cells→surrounding water→blood plasma & is the ↑ed ALT you mentioned. Motrin=ibuprofen ↑ed mg & usage ↑es blood clotting, stoke & heart attacks. Creatinine (NOT Creatin)=a protein made inside all muscle cells, leaks→surrounding water→blood plasma & is measured to estimate kidney function.
