No!: You should seek urgent (or if urgent care center not available ER) care! You have either bacterial bronchitis or pneumonia!! (Pneumococcus) or (less likely) Pneumococcal sinusitis Good Luck Hope this helps Dr Z

Unlikely: See your family medicine doctor. You don't mention a fever, but you may well have a community acquired pneumonia.
