Covid since sept 28. i took 325 mg aspirin, pepsid, ivermectin, zpack and predisone. on oct 9 i was diagnosed with ear infection and they put me on amoxicillin. i still have a cough, severe nausea and no appetite. what do i take to heal?

Apparently you weren't prescribed paxlovid but you took a lot of medications which could account for ongoing nausea& loss of appetite( with the exception of pepcid. A.nonproductive cough can be somewhat long-lasting after Covid. I,'ve alsobseennthis in strong younger people. Associated breathing difficulties would be more worrisome. You could be retested& get a chest X-Ray. I'm sure you'll improve
