I need some help please! why i feel dehydrated in the gym and dry mouth even if i drink lot of water ?

Dry mouth: If you feel dehydrated and start to drink water, your tissues are already feeling the effects of the lack of adequate water in the cells. You have to drink water before you are thirsty for your tissues to remain adequately hydrated. Preload with water before the workout and continually drink throughout your exercise routine. Stay thirsty my friends.

Try sports drink: Maybe you should try drinking a sports drink to get electrolytes in you while exercising.
