Last nite my left leg was bothering me, it felt tight in my lower leg w some slight achiness. still feels a little tight today. what could be wrong?

See a doctor: Without further information and examination, it's hard to say what is causing the ache in your leg. Possibilities include muscle cramps and clot in a vein (DVT)- the first a minor problem, the second a serious issue. Best to see a doctor for evaluation.
