Both of my ears are itchy and crusty inside and they hurt?

Otitis externa or: seborrhea. You must be examined to determine whether this is a bacterial infection or a skin inflammation. I would suggest very gentle cleaning of the crusted areas with a soapy solution of Head and Shoulders or Selsun(selenium) Shampoo ( if not allergic to these products) applied with a Q-tip. Leave on the affected area 5-7 minutes and then rinse off with warm water and gentle soap.
