Are long flat lymphnodes in usg (axis ratio>2) always benign or they can be lymphomatous??

Usually benign,: but there are other ultrasound features to look for, such as an abnormal vascular pattern or asymmetric cortex thickening, which could make the lymph node sonographically abnormal even with a normal overall size/axis ratio.
