Not necessarily: The urine test is somewhat dependent on how long the interval between sample collection and prior urination. It is not 100%. Chlamydia can be symptom-less in many people. If you have had a long term monogamous relationship the chances are less that she has chlamydia, but not guaranteed. If not monogamous there would be increased concern of STDs. Use of condoms for all contact to minimize risk.
