Lump: Your lump may have originally been a hematoma shich was not entirely resorbed.The remains may have been calcified over time,now causing pain

Hematoma: It sounds like you may have a hematoma (collection of blood) from your history. Sometimes after an injury there is bruising and bleeding that collects under the skin. This should slowly decrease in size over the next few weeks. If it is not getting smaller I would have it looked at by your physician.

Could be: A contusion and bruise from trauma can present like that. Use of topical analgesics or and oral analgesic and cold compresses in the first 48 hours and warm compresses after that is usual management
