Constipation: First of all quit giving him Karo syrup as there is a risk of infant botulism with this. Secondly some babies may normally go this long without a BM. Some go everyday or multiple times a day. If he is acting well, eating and sleeping well, urinating well and his tummy is soft, then he is fine. If not go see his pediatrician for an exam and tips for dealing with this.
