Several: There are several different bacteria that are associated with sinusitis and tonsillitis, including strep. Most sinus and throat infections are viral, however, & will improve on their own. If you have fever for more than 2-3 days, worsening symptoms, painful lymph nodes at your neck or pain on opening your mouth or turning your neck, white patches on your tonsils, you should be evaluated by a doc
