Get a shot for Flu: Get a flu shot as it does cover h1n1 as it is included in the flu vaccine and you will not have to worry about h1n1 and flu that is the only way you can protect yourself.

Flu: I doubt you have the flu. It takes a long time to get over mono. Was the mono confirmed with bloodwork? You need to take it easy to get over the infection. Good luck and feel better.

You will survive: While you are certainly battling your share of illnesses, it is extremely unlikely any of these will kill you. You may feel like "death warmed over" for awhile, especially if you indeed have mono on top of everything else. You need to rest, take any medications the doctors have prescribed, get good nutrition and plenty of fluids. Let doctors know if worsening problems breathing , etc.
