Toddler eating: It is very common to have a toddler eat well one day then hardly nothing other days. Look for signs of illness when your child's appetite is down such as fever or fatigue or even fussy.

Just temporary chang: Look for any symptoms of fever, cough or cold, diarrhea ,vomitting , if so then that could be reason for your child not eating well and you can consult your doctor ..But if he is healthy otherwise then not to worry. Children at this age have temporary change in habits no harm will come to him , he will eat well as before

See below.: Is he sick in any way? Fever, cough, sore throat, vomiting, diarrhea? Those would be the symptoms to look for. He may be coming down with an illness which hasn't shown up yet. Is he drinking fluids and urinating? If he shows any other symptoms or isn't drinking fluids, I would give his doctor a call and take him in for a visit.
