Severe cramping ?'s: Heavy cramping with irregular history of menses (prior bleeding "14 days ago") may indicate pregnancy outside the uterus. See your gyn physician for an exam and other testing, If pregnancy is negative, inquire about low dose oral contraceptives to create less pain with menstrual bleeding.
