Unsure: You could have some degree of bladder relaxation, especially if you have had vaginal deliveries. The tampon can elevate the bladder slightly and that could easily result in an increase in urinary incontinence. It would require an exam with your Gynecologist to be certain. For many women with your symptoms - Kegel exercises can improve the pelvic muscle tone and reduce the leakage.

Hmm: If the tampon causes you to leak urine perhaps the tampon is irritating your sensitive regions. Consider a different type of tampon or getting your urine and pelvis examined for other causes. Good luck.
