"Vaginal discharge" : A persistent "leak" or wetness may be from stress urinary incontinence or "painful bladder syndrome" (urgency incontinence). The "milky white mucus " may be from a vaginal yeast (fungal) infection, and unrelated to the urinary "leaking". See a gyn physician for the diagnosis.
