See your doctor: Your doctor should be able to determine if there is a problem (such as yeast) causing your symptoms. It will require an exam and possibly a culture or microscopic exam of the vaginal discharge to reach a diagnosis.

It sounds like: it could be an irritation of the external vaginal area and the urethra. Did you also have a urinary test for a UTI (bacterial infection)? If not, I would recommend that. Urethritis is common with sexual activity, especially if frequent. I would recommend sitting in a warm tub, refraining from sex for now and discussing with your own doc again.
