Managble: Gout occurs because of a deficiency of xanthine oxidase, the enzyme that converts Uric acid to urea, urea can be easily removed from the body by the kidney. You should be able to manage the symptoms with diet control and medication. Avoid alcohol and high purine foods. Purine foods increase the amount of Uric acid. Your levels are mildly elevated so if you ate careful you can avoid joint pain,

Here are some ...: The occurrence of gout arthritis isn't always linearly related with the blood level of uric acid although one with higher uric acid is prone to develop gout. Nonetheless, dietary adjustment and control + judicious use of uric acid-lowering drug will help. More detail? Gout can be managed: Most of the patients with bad flares from gout are due to non-compliance with medical advise, meaning if you don't follow the diet and treatment given for your gout then yes most likely you will suffer but if you follow your rheumatologist indications then you can live a normal life free of painful attacks and some lucky ones if they drastically changed their lifestyle can be free of gout.
