Itchy eye: An itchy eye is usually due to allergy. If just one eye itches, a person may be touching that eye and transferring allergens or sleeps on that side and gets allergens from the bed and bed linens. So don't touch the eye. Dust and clean everything in the house. Vacuum the mattress on both sides with a beater bar attachment. Rinse the eye. Consider an allergy tablet.If problem persists, see an eye MD
