Fainting?: If what you mean is that you fainted with no apparent cause and not able to tell how long you stayed in this state I would say it is definitely time to go to the ED for immediate evaluation. There are many potential things that can be very dangerous going on. There is no way we can tell you what happened without more information and exam.
