Allergic workup: Start on OTC antihistamine and Nasal cortisone spray ( Nasacort). I would suggest either Zyrtec or Benadryl (diphenhydramine) for your symptoms along with a formal allergic medical evaluation.

Antihistamine: You might be suffering from allergic rhinitis which can cause runny nose. Try using an over the counter anti-histamine, such as Claritin (loratadine) or Zyrtec In addition, try to stay away from any potential allergens. See if this helps over a week or so. If not, follow up with your doctor. There are other potential causes but you can speak to your doctor about that later if need be. Best of luck!

See a doctor: Your doctor can decide if you have allergies, blocked sinuses, chronic infections, nose blockage, or any other cause. Xrays, CT scans, and ENT referrals can also help. There are prescription meds and over the counter products to help you after a diagnosis. Consider clearing your sinuses by pouring water into one nostril and letting it come out the other using a nettie pot or a water pik.
