Hello....my nose constantly runs, i always have a scab in the left side of my nose , and it feels like i always have phlegm in the back of my throat. how would i treat this?

It sounds like your sinuses may be involved and at the root of your symptoms. A focused exam will be needed, checking nostrils and for sinus tenderness. Your primary care doc would be best to get the workup started.

Allergy testing and an ENT referral may be indicated. Nasal saline rinses, avoid smoke, pollution, common allergens. A topical nasal steroid, may be helpful, after discussing with your PCP.
