Energy Drinks: can be bad for your health. The caffeine may cause: Possible side effects: nervousness, insomnia, restlessness, irritability feeling hyper, ringing in ears, rapid or irregular heart rate, nausea, vomiting, GI upset, shakiness, dizziness or allergic reaction. Can't say it the bleeding is associated with Red Bull ingestion. Do recommend medical eval and staying off the Red Bull. Take care.

It should not: Red bull should not cause you to have bloody bowel movements. Bloody stool in a young person is commonly associated with hemorrhoids. Red bull does have large amounts of caffeine that can be harmful to your heart if used excessively.
