20 years old, just noticed have a greenish vein running close to skin on right breast. is this of concern?

Normal: Breasts have many blood vessels, and it not unusual to see a prominent vein, especially before your period when your breasts may be a bit engorged or if your bra is a little tight. Please do examine your breasts for lumps and your nipple for discharge. If either is present, you should be evaluated.
