Need Amiocentesis: The only way to diagnose Down Syndrome during prenatal period is by Amniocetesis and doing Chromosome Analysis. Maybe not: Have you had any genetic testing done of the baby itself such as chorionic villi testing or amniocentesis? Either of those will give you conclusive evidence of Down's or not.
