Good handwashing: Uvulitis is an inflamation of the Uvula. The small amount of tissue hanging down in the back of your throat. Most of the time this is viral caused but sometimes it can be bacterial and need antibiotics. No sharing drinks, kissing on the lips and good thorough handwashing will prevent spread.
