Im getting twitches in my right and left ear, its not allergies nor am i sick... what can it possibly be?

Various..: It could be related to different possibilities but without any more information or exam it is very difficult to make a guess this way. It could be congestion, if also pain is present could be temporomandibular joint inflammation. Could also be nerve irritation, among others. My suggestion is t make an appointment with your doctor for formal exam.
