Over the past few months i have noticed that i get frequent twitching in my left eye, along with my right ear popping and everything sounding "echoy" ?

Ear popping and: strange hearing indicates the need to see your doc. He/she can examine your ears. It MAY be simply a wax build up which can easily be removed or something else. Your doc will know. Muscle twitches CAN be low magnesium. Your doc or a natural health practitioner can measure that and you can supplement if needed. Peace and good health.
