Depends: It depends a lot on your pre-pregnancy weight. The average recommended is 25 - 30 pounds. More if you start out underweight and less if you start our over weight. More importantly you need to gain it by eatting a well balanced healthy diet rich in nutrients. Good luck. Hope this helps.
