Under rib pain: Consider evaluation for reflux, H pylori, constipation, or gallbladder. Can try a trial of Maalox/ Prevecid and see if it improves the symptoms. If all negative and pain persists consider CT of chest/ abdomen/pelvis to rule out an masses.Discuss with doctor.
