Not unusual: It is not unusual for your vision to change a little during pregnancy. It may be related to pressure changes altering the shape of the eye, and usually corrects after the pregnancy. supplements will not effect this change.

Pregnancy: The hormonal levels can effect the shape of the cornea and can even make it difficult to wear your old contacts. You don't need supplements other than your prenatal vitamins. This should get better after delivery. Best wishes.
