It's fine to do so: i double checked just to be certain....and confirmed that there are no drug interactions between doxycycline and fluconazole. You may absolutely take these two together and not worry. I would advise against taking the fluconazole for prevention, and only suggest taking it if symptoms of a yeast infection arise. Yours, Zmd
