See his doctor: tomorrow. It doesn't sound serious, but it's hard to know what they are without seeing them. Did he wear any new underwear or clothing that hasn't been washed? Does he tend to have sensitive skin? Is it itchy? Meanwhile for tonight, I would leave it alone; don't try to pop or squeeze them...and have him examined when his doctor's office is open.
