There are blood: Tests, alpha-feto-protein and human Chorionic Gonadotropin that are done after a diagnosis or stron suspicion of testicular cancer, and these are used to follow treatment, and look for recurrence. These, and no other tests, are used to screen normal men and boys looking to make a diagnosis, which what i think you were asking.
