Dull right side pain, as well as middle of stomach. grooves in poop, having lots of gas. stomach makes noises a lot, and is bloated. what's wrong??

IBS? Ulcer?: The location of your pain isn't classic but might be caused by an ulcer or other inflammation of your stomach such as gastritis. Gall bladder discomfort could also cause this. The active sounds and bloating suggest intestinal over-activity/irritable bowel syndrome. Try OTC antacid such as Rolaids, then generic Pepcid (famotidine) for a few days. Also more fiber.If worse or not better, needs eval by your doctor

See below: There are a number of different causes of abdominal pain and excess gas. With a symptoms like this the best advice is to not ti diagnose yourself and seek medical attention if the pain is persistent or increasing in severity.
