IBS? Ulcer?: The location of your pain isn't classic but might be caused by an ulcer or other inflammation of your stomach such as gastritis. Gall bladder discomfort could also cause this. The active sounds and bloating suggest intestinal over-activity/irritable bowel syndrome. Try OTC antacid such as Rolaids, then generic Pepcid (famotidine) for a few days. Also more fiber.If worse or not better, needs eval by your doctor
