Why is it that after i eat pasta or spaghetti i feel bloated in my stomach. lots of gas inside and it comes out loud from the anus. very embarrassing ?

Hard to say: many things cause bloating and gas. Could be just a heavy meal that slows your intestine and makes you feel full, could be something in the meal that you have a sensitivity to. Could be that there is a lot of fiber which may result in increased gas (actually good for you).
